What to expect before you start
Start in the wizard and verify your email to enter your private workspace. The wizard guides you through the plan, coverage, exact quote and progress. You approve the scope and price before payment; files are reviewed before release.
The nine steps in your private wizard
1. Product type
Choose desktop or responsive mobile browser checks. An optional dedicated-account suite covers sign-in, protected-page access and logout. Purchases, unrelated data changes, private-network targets, real-device testing and native apps remain outside this offer.
2. About you
Confirm who owns the request and the private workspace. Use your verified client email to return to your scope, progress and approved downloads.
3. Testing request
Identify your website, testing goal, selected viewports and concerns. Only include targets you are authorized to have assessed. Do not put passwords or other secrets in your request.
4. Product scan
Review the mapped pages and suggested coverage. Discovery helps shape the plan; a mapped feature or suggested check is not a passing test result.
5. Test coverage
Choose the checks and boundaries that matter. Review the Testing Plan carefully: the approved scope determines what the assessment will cover.
6. Delivery level
Choose the package you need. Suitable automation and evidence are reviewed before release; selecting them does not make every retained file immediately downloadable.
7. Environment & access
Confirm the target and permission to test. Public-page checks need no login. For the login suite, encrypt dedicated test-account details and approve the exact pages, controls and sign-in/logout actions. SSO, MFA and server redirect chains are unsupported. Do not put passwords in request notes or authorize unrelated form submissions.
8. Review & approve
Check the scope, deliverables and exact one-time CAD price before approving payment. Any eligible launch discount is shown in your quote. Paid QA starts after Stripe confirms payment.
9. QA workspace
Track progress and review recorded outcomes and limitations. Checks can pass, fail, be inconclusive or remain unexecuted. Reports, suitable code and sanitized evidence become available only after review and approval.

- A quote for your scope
- One-time pricing in CAD depends on the approved scope and selected deliverables. Review the exact amount before payment. The founding customer offer gives the first five eligible customers 75% off the regular scope quote, while places remain. One founders purchase per customer; existing approved prices are preserved. Checkout confirms availability and your price. There is no subscription.
- A two-business-day target
- We target delivery within two business days after payment and scope approval. Files are reviewed before they are released to your private workspace.
- If we cannot deliver
- If ShiftQA cannot deliver the agreed package, you receive a full refund. Contact ShiftQA through the contact form for manual support and refund handling.
- What Early Access covers
- Early Access covers read-only website checks at your selected desktop and responsive mobile browser widths, plus the explicitly approved dedicated-account login suite. Purchases, unrelated data changes, private-network targets and native apps remain outside this offer. Responsive mobile coverage uses a browser viewport; it does not include real phones or native mobile execution. Results disclose unexecuted checks, overlapping coverage and other limitations; they do not certify a defect-free product.
- Login checks in the wizard
- The dedicated-account suite checks signed-out protection, rejected sign-in, successful sign-in, protected-page access, logout and protection after logout. Approve exact same-origin pages and controls in the wizard; passwords are encrypted. Discovery stays signed out. SSO, MFA and server redirect chains are not supported, and authenticated screenshots or reusable credential code are not included. Do not send passwords through an inquiry or ordinary request notes.
